The point is that the guy set up a corporation, spent a lot of money on a wardec, and many boring hours setting up a POS for no other reason than to make it hard for goons to kill. Since there's no reason why goons would be interested in killing his POS in the first place, he's trying to talk smack as hard as he can to get them to kill it, to make good on his investment and save face. It's pretty funny.

3. Capital ships cannot enter highsec space, so all POS shooting would need to be done with small ships.
